Today’s for is assisted dropback. Phew! I had to face some fear in this one! Haha. After trying it a few times I was able to relax into it a little more and I actually was surprised at how far I got! Keeping my pelvis tucked (again) allowed me to find some more core strength in this pose and helped me to feel more comfortable in walking down the door! :) This challenge has really helped me in my personal practice to keep going ( but not to push) and to continue to find my edge. Where my edge is is where I find the most growth! :) Yay! @alleeesonnnn @simply_lydie
